I started at Ortho Mattress, learning the fundamentals of sleep support, comfort variations, coil systems, and materials. From there, I joined Mattress Central in Los Angeles, where I quickly became the top-producing salesperson thanks to my honest, no-pressure approach.

After that, I gained big-box experience at Ashley Furniture, helping customers compare dozens of models without confusion. I later transitioned into selling medical and specialty bedding, including latex mattresses and hospital beds, which taught me how deeply a mattress can impact pain relief, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Eventually, Mattress Central called me back, and after years of success, I opened my first traditional brick-and-mortar store, Mattress Pros. Running that store taught me everything about operations, vendors, logistics, and high-level customer service.
