Most mattresses are built in the factory closest to your location, then shipped through a white-glove delivery carrier who handles setup and removal.
We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but those deliveries can be more challenging and may require additional coordination.

- Exchange credit is based on your original purchase price, not the current retail price

- 25% restocking fee applies
- No refunds for exchanging to a lower-priced mattress
- Mattress must be in like-new condition, with law tag intact, no stains or damage
- Exchanges cannot be made for a different size
- Customer is responsible for shipping/delivery fees for the exchange
